Job Description

We are hiring an Electrical Engineer to contribute to the development and testing of intrinsically safe (Exi) electronic products. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in analog and digital circuit design, along with experience in EMC/EMI compliance and PCB layout. This role offers hands-on product development in a collaborative, high-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop multilayer PCB layouts for Exi-compliant products.

• Generate and maintain accurate electrical schematics, BOMs, and documentation.

• Perform simulations, signal integrity analysis, and worst-case circuit analysis to ensure performance and compliance.

• Collaborate with firmware and mechanical engineering teams for product integration and design validation.

• Support the assembly, debugging, and testing of PCB prototypes.

• Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ATEX, IECEx, EMC/EMI) for intrinsically safe products.

• Participate in root-cause analysis and implement design improvements.

• Utilize scripting tools (e.g., Python) for test automation and data analysis.

• Keep up to date with evolving technologies, standards, and regulatory requirements related to Exi devices.

Your Profile

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a closely related field.

* Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in electronic hardware development.

* Strong foundation in analog and high-speed digital circuit design.

* Familiarity with Exi standards, EMC/EMI design practices, and signal integrity concepts.

* Experience with PCB CAD tools (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, KiCAD).

* Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python) for testing or automation is a plus.

* Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and teamwork skills.

We are seeking a Strategic Technical Buyer to oversee the procurement of technical goods and services, particularly in the areas of electrical and mechanical components. The successful candidate will support manufacturing, engineering, and product development teams by sourcing high-quality materials and equipment in a cost-effective and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Source and procure mechanical and electrical components, machinery, and technical materials.

* Evaluate and monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, pricing, lead time, and reliability.

* Analyze and interpret technical drawings, datasheets, and engineering documentation to determine procurement needs.

* Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and vendors.

* Negotiate favorable pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

* Maintain purchasing records including vendor data, pricing history, order tracking, and compliance documentation.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, R&D, production, and quality assurance to align on technical specifications and sourcing strategies.

Your Profile

Requirements:

* Minimum 1+ years of experience in technical procurement or a buying role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

* Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical components, tools, and production materials.

* Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and product specifications.

* Strong negotiation and communication skills.

* Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office Suite; knowledge of SAP or similar platforms is a plus.

* Analytical thinking with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
